According to reports in Chinese local media, Aliyun plans to fully acquire Chaitin Tech and the latter will maintain its independent brand, team, and operation after the acquisition.
Meanwhile, with Aliyun’s full supports in technology, fund, and business, Chaitin Tech will continue to expand market and provide stronger network security solutions to enterprise users.
Chaitin Tech’s core product is SafeLine, the next-generation web application firewall. The company has established a security system combining products and service applications and it achieved four times turnover growth for three consecutive years. Chaitin Tech has released solutions in several sectors, including finance, Blockchain, Internet, and cloud security.
With the strategic cooperation, Aliyun and Chaitin Tech will both realize further upgrade f products and service abilities. As a result of the acquisition, the two parties will implement close cooperation in the technical level as well.
Chaitin Tech said in its announcement that with Aliyun’s cloud resources and data abilities, the company will help its clients focus on key links of network security in the complicated IT environment and effectively improve the value of its products during security construction.
