Utility Grid Modernization Plans: The Latest Developments [GTM Squared]

Utility regulatory attention so far this year has been squarely focused on California, with a major focus being Pacific Gas & Electric’s impending bankruptcy under the weight of its potential liabilities for causing the state’s deadliest wildfires of the past two years.
